1. 01Who is responsible

   This website is run by Ivan Ostap, a Webflow developer working as a private individual based in Ukraine. I am the controller of the personal data described below.

2. 02What this site does not do

   • No cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
   • No forms, accounts or sign-ups — nothing you type is collected by the site.
   • Fonts and images are served from this domain, so browsing does not contact Google Fonts or other third parties.

3. 03Data that is processed

   Hosting logs

   The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, Vercel automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the page and keep it secure — such as your IP address, browser type, requested URL and time of the request. These logs are kept only for a short period set by Vercel and are not used to identify you.

   Emails you send me

   If you contact me by email, I receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in the message. I use it only to reply, discuss a potential project and, if we work together, to deliver it. Email is provided by Google (Gmail).

4. 04Legal basis

   Hosting logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Emails are processed to respond to your enquiry and to take steps before or under a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)), or on the basis of legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)). I also follow the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

5. 05How long it is kept

   Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for our conversation or project, and afterwards only where required for legal or accounting reasons. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

6. 06Who else has access

   Personal data is never sold or shared for marketing. It is processed only by the service providers that make this site and my email work:

   • Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting.
   • Google LLC (USA) — email.

   These providers may process data outside Ukraine and the EU. They offer safeguards for such transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. 07Your rights

   You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy of it. To make a request, email ivanostapp@gmail.com — I will reply within one month.

   If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

8. 08Links to other websites

   This site links to Upwork, LinkedIn, Webflow and client projects. Those websites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.

9. 09Changes

   If the way this site handles data changes — for example, if analytics or a contact form are added — this page will be updated first, with a new date below.
